My new signature program is an organized approach to diving deeper into your yoga practice than any regular group class. Yoga Therapy bridges yoga and healthcare to shine a light on the holistic concept of healing and resilience.
In three modules you will encounter the different layers of being and create awareness for yourself as a whole: body, mind and emotion. We will move, rest, meditate and create space for consciousness. Holding yourself accountable for a 9-week period is key to this well structured introduction to the depths of yoga therapy.
